The milk supplement works to ensure that the puppies get adequate nutrition. It does not affect milk production when given to an adult dog. If the puppies are not nursing, help them get latched on since the more they nurse the more she produces. But if they can't because they are too small, go with plan 'B' and use the milk replacement to get their weights up. Buy nursing nipples at the pet store or at Petco.com and this should work well. Feed them every 4 hours or more frequent depending on how much they take at each feeding. Give each pup 30 minutes to suckle per session since feeding can be tiring. Good luck!
