Why isn't the online store recognizing my account?
I placed order number 14035158, and now I'm trying to place another. Your system says it doesn't recognize my email address, or my account, yet I get email updates all the time. How do I place my order without opening up another account? to the best of my knowledge I already have an account that I used to place the above order.
