My cat is 14 and a little on the hefty side and I mix 2-3 teaspoons of this in her food and she gobbles it right down. It helps that it is slightly beef flavored.

I was giving Joint Complete to my cat with a syringe by mouth but my cat was not happy with this situation. I started just putting it into his food. We are both happier with this method.
