Mix very small amounts with the current food and cut back slowly until the new food is primary food. Be mindful of your dogs stools and general behavior. I always feel that dry kibble is best unless your dog has specific dietary needs. Wet food is very expensive it can be the equivalent of paying $50.00 for a gallon of water (depending on the type of can food) since wet food is mostly water. Dry kibble also helps keep their teeth clean. Hope this helps.
