Yes! My vet recommended these for my mice when I asked her some good treats to buy. Most hamster products are safe for mice, it's just that hamsters are more popular pets and stores try to target the most popular pet to make more money.
One of my mice didn't like these, but Mimi loves them! They are a good training/bonding treat. Just be sure not to feed them too often, as they aren't exactly healthy.
