answer 1
My size concern was whether or not this bowl could hold the 1 & 1/8 cup maximum of dry kibble for my kitten. It does; but, that's about its maximum. My 14 year old cat maintains a healthy weight on 1/2 cup of his kibble daily. This bowl is more than adequate for him.

answer 3
I do not know the exact size of the bowel but I have two kittens I use two bowels & only have to fill them once a day in the mornings. The food last them until the next morning & my male kitten eats all the time.
