Question

Why is the "bulk buy" for Wellness Pure Rewards Beef dog treats more expensive (on a per-unit basis) than the single package?

The individual 6-oz. package of Wellness brand Pure Rewards Beef Jerky Bits For Dogs (SKU 1177630) is only $6.95, and the "bulk buy" 4-pack of 6-oz. packages (SKU 1177630M4) is $31.44. That works out to $7.86 per package!

Instead of the "bulk buy", I could order four individual 6-oz. packages for only $27.80 ($3.64 cheaper than the "bulk buy") , so where's the incentive to make the "bulk buy" 4-package purchase?

If Petco can sell the single packages for $6.95 ($6.92 on re-order), shouldn't the per-package price of the "bulk buy" be lower than this?

Good point. I don't know why they do this. But I also noticed that and I agree with you 100%. I also order 4 individual packages instead of the bulk buy.
