It's made out of like a plastic poster board. I put cover it in newspaper because that plastic poster board is the bottom. There isn't a screen to the bottom.

Yes, the 18x18x36 ( 50 Gallon ) version is more than adequate to house two cresties (provided they are a male / female pair, not two males). I actually know people that raise a male and two females is this cage quite comfortably. The main concerns would be humidity control but that can be maintained through a good hygrometer / fogger / controller. (the fogger works better than a mister in this application) Also cresties will tend to occasionally deficate on the sides. If its cleaned up quickly it's not a problem. If not, it can be somewhat annoying trying to clean it out of the screen.

No Bearded Dragons are not aboreal lizards and they will try to climb up to get to the heat and this may result in them falling and breaking a bone or death you should invest in a cage closer to the 4ft long by 2 ft wide and about 18 inches high

I just got a baby veiled chameleon and he loves it. I got him the smallest (16" 16" 20") and he crawls around on the vines that run the perimeter of the cage. Once he gets bigger, I plan on getting him the biggest one. I've seen adult veileds in the, before and they're fine as long as they have enough room for a basking spot, and a cooling zone.

Yes, Our baby hatchling has a 3ft by 4 ft cage right now. This one is way too small. As a rule of thumb, the iguana should be able to turn comfortably, with access space.
