I dont think anything is safe to use on 10 day old kittens, even natural...I would stick with a little bit of dawn and warm water and a flea comb until the kitten is at least 6 weeks. then go ahead and spray a cloth with the spray and wrap the kitten up for 10 minutes...keep everything away from his/her face

Yes, just make sure you stay away from the eyes and face area. I used this product on my week old kittens. A little goes a long way.

Yes, I have used this product on abandoned feral kittens that have just opened their eyes (8-10 days old) and also on sick ones. Just be careful to keep them warm (you'll need to saturate the coat pretty well to kill all the fleas) and don't spray their face. I would spray a cloth and then gently wipe their face. And remember to spray the bedding and all around their area.

I would recommend you not use this product at all. The company is legally binded by their advertisement and not Petco's claims.

It is advertised as Interrupting the Flea life cycle, meaning it interrupts the larva / egg stage. It will not kill any fleas. If people have indoor cats and give them a flea bath. The flea bath kills the fleas and being indoor stops any re-infestation.

Advantage and other vet recommended flea medications will state on their box. Flea Adulticide, meaning they kill fleas.

Don't use any animal flea medicines on your house / rug / sheets / pillows as they are spread on the animal by the animals own oils. The product will not spread on non animals and are oil soluable (you will wear it, not the pillows). Get a flea adulticed spray (that kills fleas) that is designed for the house / rug / sheets / pillows etc.
