Repeat Delivery

I was offered $10 off a bag of Wellness dog food as it is a repeat delivery. However, when I added it to my cart the $10 was not taken off the price. Please let me know how to go about getting the repeat delivery discount as there are more repeat items I need. Also, why do you not offer Iams Lamb & Rice dog food o0nline ?
