I just bought a bottle of tea tree ear wash, you can squirt in each ear, let them shake the excess out and carefully with kleenex or cotton balls remove excess on outsides. Or, you can make your own 50% rubbing alcohol and 50% white vinegar and mix and do the same thing. The tea tree seems more soothing to my lab, but the other my vet told me to do and it is inexpensive. At least once a week clean their ears. :)

Question

Yeast in dogs ear causes squishy sound

She has flare ups here and there, been to vet, vinegar helps clean. Its only one ear and she licks front paws. Harley is a precious Husky/Shepherd/Aussie mix, that is built like a shepherd, has the tail and coat of husky, and markings of aussie. I was blessed to have her find me 2.5 years ago at pound!! She was 9 mos. and owners were moving 600 miles away and didn't want burden of traveling with a dog!! Shame!!! But, Im sooooo glad they moved on and were worthless pet parents or I wouldn't be soooo blessed!! She is awesome, sits, shakes, speaks and prays!! And sleeps with 3 cats!!!! And I cant stand to see her hurt!! HELP!!

Hello. Thank you for inquiring about NaturVet's Ear Wash. It is not formulated to take the place of medications prescribed by your Veterinarian. Once the ear condition is cleared up, NaturVet's Ear Wash is an excellent maintenance product to keep the ears healthy.

Thank you for inquiring about the NaturVet Ear Wash. This product has been in our product line for over 16 years and was formulated by Dr. Pedro Rivera, a very well known Holistic Veterinarian. We have never taken an Adverse Event Report on our ear wash causing any adverse reactions in dogs ears. The Boric Acid is used as an astringent and antiseptic. It is antibacterial and antifungal and has been found to lower the pH. The Glycerine is an emollient, demulcent and is used as a humectant, lubricant and softener to help loosen ear wax.
