No! Would highly recommend the K&H Lectro-Soft Heated Outdoor Bed and Cover! It comes in three sizes, and is made to put in dog house, garages, basements. It is the second headed bed we have bought for both our cats, and a stray/feral who now lives in our garden room/patio. She refuses to come in and we had to get her some outdoor strenght heat for a doghouse on the patio, which is covered but opens to an arbor topped garden walled room. She loves this and we are purchasing another. My cats love it, but she does not like to share hers! So keep the kitties warm and get her a nice one!

It depends on how much body heat your cat has. This is a bed that REFLECTS off body heat, but I recommend the ones that use electricity to keep ur pet warm.

My two maltipoo's (16 & 11 pounds) have their own beds, but share one bed in the morning and for their afternoon dog nap. Both dogs have long bodies. Our beds are 39x27 inches.
