Depends on the size of the bird. If you have a smaller sized bird like a budgie/parakeet it would be perfect for it but not for medium to large birds.

answer 2
Depends what bird. If it's Cockatiels or smaller, plenty of room. But if it's an Amazon, Macaw, Cockatoo, or any bird relevant to their size, they wouldn't fit!

I am thinking it would be a little cramped for a cockatiel with the long tails they have. It would be okay for a short time but it you needed it to be for more than a day I think he/she would be unhappy. I had my parrotlet in this for a weekend and he was find, but he is only 3-4 inches tall.

It's a perfect size for a Cockatiel! He would have plenty of room. Even with the perch in it's still a great size!

I purchased this for my parakeet. It is a little big for one bird but if you had more than one parakeet it would probably be fine.

ugggg they had me on a different page and I thought I was talking about the mirror I bought. Again I have had parakeets in the past and now have a parrotlet and I would say this travel cage would be perfect for a parakeet too. It's pretty sturdy and has more room than what is shown in the pictures. I have been able to attach other perches, toys and feeders to the slots so it is nice when your bird is away from home.

I think it would be perfect for a parakeet! I have had parakeets in the past and now have a parrotlet and he loves this mirror. He usually doesn't pay attention to mirrors but the food bowl must lure him.

I would say yes, but no more than 2 parakeets total. I have one parrotlet and he had room to move around and play no problem. IIt has slots where you can attach some toys and perches too. I did buy some tube bird feeders and they fit okay too. This doesn't come with food or water cups so you would have to find something for it.

answer 2
Yes, it's a great size for a parakeet. And you don't have to worry about your parakeet's head or feet getting stuck--the only openings are at the very bottom and are very small, or at the top, but they have no way to climb to them. It's really a good size!

Question

Traveling Carrier

I have a Mustache Parrot that is 16 in in length. I was wondering if your travel carrier will be big enought for him. It will be a 14 hour plane trip and will the airport accept this carrier for traveling on any airline.
Thanks,

I know it's late getting back to you but maybe this can help other bird owners. I would say it would be too small for a bird that size. I have a parrotlet and it's great for him or even a budgie but there wouldn't be much room for the bird to move around if it's 16" tall.

The travel carrier will be a perfect size! I can easily fit my two conures in there! (Although I decide to spoil them, so I bought one for each of them!) Your bird should most definitely fit. :)
