Question

I just took my cat Drinkwell apart to clean in the dishwasher and I'm not sure if there is some kind of seal for the battery pack.

I may find out when I put it back togther if it leaks, etc. but it would be nice to find out before then. When I took it apart, there was rubbery gunk but it was in pieces. I don't know if that was a seal or not! Also, if there is NOW a seal missing, can I buy one? Thanks!
