Yes, the remote comes with a clip so you can slip it over your pocket or belt. Also, the remote is relatively compact to make carrying it easier.

No , they do not have a clip, but they do have a ring for you to place a clip or something to hang around your belt, or hands.

Will this fit a german shepherd/Rot mix puppy?

She is around about the age of 4 1/2 months old, Born April 30th, 2012. I am having problems with her listening to my commands, keeping her out of the litter box, list goes on... etc... Just gotta know if it would fit her since i dont have a tape measure to measure her neck line.
