No way even a smaller size pitbull will fit in this bed. Even if it could do a good limbo or yoga. I would not recommend for any dog larger than about 10 lbs. I have an 8 to 9 lb maltipoo and he pretty much fills it up. you will need a larger size.

I have an 11 year old pit bull that weighs around 60 pounds and this bed fits her perfectly. She can stretch all the way out on it or if she curls up in a ball, she fits perfectly in the flat section of the bed so it's great for whatever position she wants to lay in. She really likes to lay on my couch and I have noticed she is choosing the new dog bed over the couch more frequently so she seems very comfy and happy with it. I hope your pittie will be too!

I have 2 of these beds for a 6lb and 9lb dog. I would not recommend it for any dog larger than 10 to 11 lbs. This one is way too small for a 30 lb dog. You will definitely need a larger bed.

answer 2
You would need three of these beds to fit your 30 pounder (seriously).
He would find them VERY comfortable as large slippers, though. I'm not dissing the bed - it's great, but it's small.

Most definitely NOTTTTTTTT big enough because how I know is because my pug is 21lbs and she CANNOT fit in it. I let her keep it cause she likes to lay on anything but when I do get the chance I'm definitely buying a BIGGER bed.

NONE! This bed is so horrible my small size 2 lb. Yorkie gets in and the bed rolls. It's oddly shaped and doesn't stay in place! Weird and bad design and sized for maybe a hamster!

I would think not. My largest dog is about 9 lbs and I would not recommend it for any dog exceeding about 10 lbs. For a 21 lb dog, you will probably need the next larger size up.

I have a roughly 16-pound Shiba Inu who also curls up in a ball and I bought this bed. It is WAY too small. She just sat in it and there was no more room for her to even try to lay down. The advertising for this as a "Medium" bed is wrong. It is definitely a small...

Yes, I have a beagle about 30 lbs and he loves this bed. He does fill up the entire bed, he likes to feel cuddled, so it works. But he is probably about the max size that would fit.

Question

Can you tell me what type of material the bottom of the bed is made of? Is it the same material as the sides? Or the lesser quality non-slip type?

I'm hoping the bottom is not the non-slip type of material. Typically the non-slip type of material on the bottom of the pet beds is not sturdy and does not hold up between washing or the pets. Thank you

It's the non-slip stuff. I've had the same experience with it tearing and melting in the dryer.

sorry, but these beds are polyester and do NOT have the no-skid fabric on the bottom. that's great for me as I put them under our bed and to get them out I just push them out with the broom
