Freedom is the only blend with no grains, gluten or preservatives. Both have same great nutrition. Wilderness is close to what the canines would eat in the wild.

Blue Freedom is grain free, meaning there's meat product, but also vegetable product and fillers, like peas or potatoes. Just not rice, wheat or corn. Wilderness is a very high protein kibble, mostly meat based. Freedom has a lower percentage of protein and fat.
