No, it only came in one size when I bought the bed, roughly 4 or 5 months ago.

Are the sides washable with the stuffing in, or do you have to remove the side stuffing before washing?

The directions say it's easy to wash - and while it IS easy to remove the memory foam filled "pillows" that make up the bottom of the bed, the sides are filled with a loose stuffing that is not in convenient little pillows. Do you need to remove the stuffing from the sides prior to washing the cover? Or can you wash the cover with the stuffing intact? (My guess is that if I leave the stuffing in, it will not only take a long time to dry, the stuffing will end up clumped and re-arranged with hard places and gaps inside the side walls. If I pull the loose stuffing out prior to washing, I'll have to find someplace to store it while washing, and then I'll have to hand stuff it all back in, which will not only be a pain, but will also likely end up uneven.) Either way, I'm disappointed that the description of "easy to wash" doesn't seem to be true - because the bed itself is fantastic.

I just tried to wash today for the first time. Since the zipper is caught up in the loose filing, it is impossible. But I agree with you, regardless of the zipper being caught, filling the compartment with loose stuffing is not conducive to washing ever. I am going to try to take it back to the store and ask them to demonstrate how to wash the bed. I have two of them. I am hoping for a refund for a defective product. Too dogs all love the bed.
