I use 5" water bowls but 4" should be OK for a small bunny if you fill it high enough.

Just planning to buy a dwarf rabbit first time owner. Could the bunny drink from a ceramic bowl instead of a hanging water bottle?

I own a Holland Lop Bunny and she can drink from the bowl :) I caught her the other day using it as a bath as well! She dips her front paws in the bowl then brushes her face, so cute!

Heavy ceramic bowls for water are preferable over water bottles. Bunny can easily drink more water with less effort. All my bunnies have bowls.
