This product is much more effective at eliminating odor than Arm and Hammer Essentials corn litter. When I used Arm and Hammer, it had its own room scenting odor - it was a pleasant odor, but not welcome. I also had to use additional odor absorbing products to get rid of the cat waste smells.

I tried Arm and Hammer and while the odor control was a little better with the Arm and Hammer, the clumps did not hold together as well

I have 3 cats, and use only one litter box. I keep it in the bathroom, next to my toilet, and scoop each time I use the toilet. I switched from Arm& Hammer Essentials corn litter to World's Best Multicat formula for 2 reasons:
1) WB is guaranteed flush-able, A&H is not flush-able. (READ THE PACKAGE!) I can scoop into my toilet - there is no more sanitary and convenient disposal method.
2) WB clumps solidly, A&H lumps break into bits when scooped, resulting in more work and less complete waste removal. Eventually the build-up of contaminated litter reduces A&H clump-ability to zero, necessitating a complete litter change. With WB, I only scoop the lumps, add more clean letter as needed, and NEVER need to completely re-do the box.
Over time, WB litter saves me both money and work, keeps my house clean and odor-free, and gives my cats a fresh clean litter box 3-4 times a day!

I find that corn litters are not as absorbent as clay litters
