That may not be a good idea. The shelves are weak and sag under any amount of weight. My ferret's rear end was too wide for him to even be able to use the ramps, I have a feeling your Guinea pig would experience the same problems. Not to mention, the way the shelves have to be arranged leave a very far drop to the bottom.

I believe the Kaytee ferret cage would be good. Since guinea pigs are bigger they won't be able to squeeze through the cage wires. It affords a lot of space and levels. This cage would probably mean a lot of cleaning because it has so many levels, but it would definitely work.
