Is this safe to use for a dog on a cable???
Our Shepherd/Coonhound mix is 1 year old (a rescue) and when outside he is on a cable. He constantly pulls the cable to it's tightest end and jumps as well as "nips". We are working on breaking these habits as we adopted him just 5 months ago. He has gone through several "durable" collars by pulling them so hard he causes the holes to rip. We are really desperate and trying to find something to help with the jumping, biting, and overall control of this. Is this safe and durable for a dog on a cable????

No, a choke collar of any kind must never be left on an unsupervised dog. However, when used in conjunction with proper training, this collar can help break your dog's bad habits.

Yes, this collar will prevent pulling, putting less strain on the collar itself.
