I would recommend consulting with your veterinarian before adding a supplement to any cat's diet, especially one with a known health condition.

This product is not a vitamin/ mineral supplement.
It has trace elements which can be used to enhance digestability, and improve overall health, while improving palatability.
It probably does have some vitamin/ mineral value, but not enough to stand alone with "homemade" raw meat.
