it's not healthy per say since you use it to clean bird stuff, but it won't harm them if they peck where some of it was used or is. Bottle says no solvents, no orange oil, non-toxic, biodegradable. Contains filtered water, active enzymes, surfactant, and avian safe fragrance. Safe enough to use on cage or perches with birds in cage.
