Question

Is it okay to use this on a puppy?

Is it okay to start using this on an 8 week old Lab? I want her to get accustomed to being on a leash and being obedient while on it, not pulling me behind her.

Hey I think it would be fine! It just might be a bit big around the neck I have a pitt puppy almost 6 months and I got the size small and it's still a bit big on her but I can still use it. Give it a try if you can't use it right now cuss it is big you can save it for when he or she grows into it! It's a great collar to have and they grow fast as you know so you'll deff use it. Hope I could help! Have a great one!

I think this would be the best collar to start on a puppy because it makes it so that their heads can not slide out of the collar. You also get better control on basic commands such as "heel". Good luck with the puppy.

Sure. You should get your pup used to wearing a collar right away with all tags. Don't forget to microchip

The collar is adjustable up to the maximum listed. This is a tension collar meant to help train the dog not to pull so hard. I prefer it to a metal collar.
